Isolated Rain Showers are very common in the Philippines. Some of these rain showers can turn into isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon but usually they dissipate and cool off the warm ground below. Because of such high humidity these rain showers can form very fast and I noticed that if you see it rain in the Philippines while the sun is shining, then chances are it will rain tomorrow.
